Refund Policy

FIK Institute offers a flexible refund policy:

1. Paid Demo Class: Students can opt for a paid demo class at ₹299. If they are not satisfied and choose not to enroll in the full course, they may request a full refund for the demo class.
2. Full Course Enrollment: Students who enroll in the full course are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
   • A 100% refund is available if requested within 7 days of enrollment, provided no more than 3 classes have been attended.
   • A 50% refund is available if more than 3 but fewer than 5 classes have been attended within the initial 10 days.
   • No refund is issued if more than 5 classes have been attended or if the refund request is made after 10 days.
3. Cancellation by FIK Institute: If any classes are canceled by the institute and no alternative arrangements are made, the student is eligible for a proportional refund based on the remaining sessions. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
